Wedding Photos – Angela and Giuliano

This Saturday I had the pleasure of being a second photographer for Steve Hoffman, who has been an inspiration to my work. We shot at the prestigious Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica, right on the Venice Boardwalk. Our day started at the Los Angeles Church of the Latter Day Saints (LDS) Temple.
Inside the Rolls Royce limo, I grabbed this great moment between the two.
We took some great photos on the Santa Monica beach. The guys were loving the photo shoot and gave us some great photographs.
Outside the Casa Del Mar…
Inside the Casa Del Mar, there is a beautiful front lobby and this great curved staircase that made for great photographic opportunities.
The ballroom was really elegant. This is where it pays to have a good wedding planner.
This was during the couples dance that I was able to catch Angela and Giuliano in their own private world.
Here is the groom during the mother/son dance, and Angela during the father/daughter dance. Oh yeah, I do have great pictures of both her and her dad, but I really like the joy on her face in this picture.
Here is the groom trying to get the garter. This couple really had a sense of humor! And yes that is a Civil war cap and cigarette lighter that he pulled out from under the dress…
I managed an amazing shot from behind the couple after their cake cutting and toast.
